Why it just works

Designed around how people actually ride.

Step-through, easy on & off

Step-through, easy on & off

A low step-through frame lets anyone swing a leg over and go — easy to mount even loaded with gear, for riders young and old.

Folds to fit anywhere

Folds to fit anywhere

Fold the frame and handlebar in seconds to stash the W4B in a trunk, an RV bay or a closet — then unfold and ride.

Shimano 7-speed gears

Shimano 7-speed gears

Seven gears make climbs easier and long, flat stretches faster — so distance rides and loaded hauls stay comfortable.

Heavy-duty rear rack

Heavy-duty rear rack

The high-capacity rear rack takes panniers, a cooler or camping gear — add your own baskets for camp trips and hauls.

    Suspension for rough ground

Front suspension soaks up curbs, gravel and broken trail so ruts and bumps never reach you — steady and composed on any surface.

I have been riding my Windhorse practically every

I have been riding my Windhorse practically every day since I received it almost 2 years ago and never had it given me a problem, not once!
It starts up every time , the chain doesn't jump off the sprocket, it has handled beyond what the manufacturer recommends for normal riding like rain, snow, off road, mud, stones, you name it and not one punctured tire or loose bolt and I even dumped it several times!
It's so well built that I feel safe exceeding it's top speed down steep hills at 40+ MPH !
I LOVE MY WINDHORSE AND AM SUPER SATISFIED WITH MY CHOICE to purchase it over other ebikes back when it cost $150 more than it does now and if it ever stopped working I'd buy another without question! Maybe just get one that is faster the next round!
Thanks to the production team for producing such a fine well built and thought out machine !

I bought the model F2

I bought the model F2. It even has an assembly video. Only had to connect the front wheel and handle bar and a few easy items. The ride was great and with the battery out it’s easy to put on the truck. Love my WindHorse F2

Customer service at wind horse factory is like

Customer service at Windhorse factory is like no other. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I needed a small part replaced, and they stuck with me through the whole process. They are easily available by email and text and not only that, they will talk to you in the middle of the night. I got my exact part and it fits perfectly. Thank you Windhorse Factory!

Okay so here is my review of the W4A folding ebike

Okay so here is my review of the W4A folding ebike. I am a daily bicycle commuter, 10 miles average every day. I will say that the bike feels solid, well built frame, with nice solid welds. The cable routing looks nice and clean, at least as clean as it can for exterior routed cables. Everything works as it should except for a few very minor problems, but any new bike is going to have these issues no matter how much you pay, andIthink for this price Wind Horse did a fine job. With that said, do plan on tinkering with the rear derailleur and disk brakes. Brand new steel cables do stretch, so this is a necessary maintenance routine, if you don't know how to adjust these, you need to learn or pay a bike shop. Only other negative is that I don't feel the battery lasts as long as it should.I'm only getting about ten miles on throttle only, and this is on flat ground. Everything else, A+. Plenty of torque and speed. I get back and forth comfortably. It is a very good entry level ebike. Just wish the battery lasted longer.

My honest review

My honest review of the Windhorse F2 eBike. At age 68 my wife and I were looking for ways to be outdoors and more active. We talked about ebike for a couple years and was recently were able to test ride a neighbors ebike. First we decided what our needs were. 1. leg through access 2. no fat tire 3. not super heavy 4. standard 26” wheel ebike (we’re old school) 5. good reviews 6. priced so if stolen we wouldn’t loose financially. Windhorse F2 eBike met all these criteria and we liked the grey color. For the Windhorse F2 we give it 5 Stars.

The bikes came packaged very nicely and we received our two bikes in 7 days. Assembly was easy and took about an hour from taking out of box to putting air in the tires. First battery charge took a few hours and we were off riding. It does take a couple short rides to educate yourself with the new experience of an eBike and I suggest first to ride the eBike in “0” mode no pedal assist to get the feel of the ebikes weight and handling characteristics. Then start with mode “1”. It won’t take long with these Windhorse F2 ebikes and you will be out enjoying the ride.

I also want to thank Windhorse customer service as I have emailed several times with questions and received very quick responses from Kaye at Windhorse. Very helpful and courteous. So for customer service 5 Stars

You will see in my photos that I added a couple features to my bike a pair of vintage Honda motorcycle saddle bags from the 1970’s and rear camera display for ebikes from Amazon. And don’t forget your helmets.

I would like to come back in 3 months and add a follow up review after a summer of riding.

Ride safe!

Our son loved it!

The bike is packaged well and very easy to assemble. In fact, assembly is only a couple of steps. It has good speed and the battery life has been great. Takes about 4-5 hours to charge fully. Definitely worth purchasing and the kids loves it!

It’s almost a 5 star

I would give it a 5 start rating, however one thing is the rear basket is small I mean only a gallon jug will fit in it so it’s not super practical, personally I would prefer a rear rack option but that’s just me and what would work better for my situation. Also it doesn’t go through puddles very stably. I did wreck while door dashing after going through a small puddle. I’m not sure if it was my error or the bike but it slid in the bike lane causing me to wreck. other than that it has been a great bike and it’s super convenient to commute in town, and it’s light weight so I can lift it over curbs and bring it inside to store it. It’s also been therapeutic to ride around and see the beauty of my town.

The bike is fantastic, but I highly recommend getting better tires. They’re not very durable, but overall, it’s a great bike that handles hills effortlessly on the highest setting. I’d give it a 9.5/10. If you enjoy biking or shopping, this bike is a great choice.

Convenient, Portable, and Great Value

I finally got around to setting up my new Windhorse e-bike and taking it out for a few spins, and honestly, I love it! Putting it together was super easy and stress-free. The pedal assist is a total game-changer—it makes riding feel so smooth and effortless.

I've only charged the battery once so far, and it's still going strong. Plus, the removable battery is a huge win because I can just pop it out and charge it right inside my room instead of dealing with the whole bike. It also folds up nicely and fits right into the trunk of my SUV.

That said, there are a couple of little things to keep in mind. I'm 165 cm tall, and the seat sits a bit higher than I expected. Also, even though it's foldable, the bike is a little bit on the heavier side, so lifting it into the car takes a little bit of muscle if you're riding solo!

Rode an Aventon Level at a shop and liked it, but the price gap was meaningful. This covers the same use case for my riding.

Can I drive it manually?

WINDHORSE

Hi, yes, you can pedal it manually. However, it may feel a bit more effortful compared to a dedicated pedal bike — it's best suited for use with electric assist.
